What Pet Parents Are Saying

"I had the absolute best experience at IPC. The reception staff was amazingly welcoming and friendly. They also were super helpful upon check out. The doctor and assistant were also extremely welcoming and helpful. The doctor listened to me explain my pet's ailments and gave a step-by-step action plan to follow. This has been exactly what I needed to care for my pet. They took excellent care of my dog. I have already recommended to several people who may ever need this kind of care."

"This has been such a positive experience! My senior dog is seeing benefits and improvement to her mobility since starting PT here, and I love how kind the staff is. All around good energy and helpfulness no matter what! Also love that I've been given at-home tips so that I can provide consistency for my dog!"

"IPC has made such a difference in our pupโs life. Sheโs healthier, with better managed pain. The staff is wonderful, effective and great to work with. We canโt say enough good things about the IPC team. Thank you!"

โWe really love the entire staff here! Denise, Kimmie, and Jennie are all extremely kind and a great part of our week. Brooklyn and Sam are Rhea's therapists and weekly best friends. Every time we leave the house for therapy we say, "Should we see Sam and Brooklyn?!" And Rhea LOSES HER MIND. She grabs her leash in her mouth and drags me down the street to IPC's front door. It is also a bit tedious getting her to leave......as you all know. It is hard for her to say goodbye to the treadmill every week, if she could live in that room, I am sure she would. Thank you for everything you have done for Rhea. Watching her these last few months act like a normal dog with no pain, no stiffness, and no lameness is the greatest gift we have been given since getting Rhea. โ

"I continue to be so impressed with the care Percy receives at IPC! I was so worried at Percy's first appointment that he wouldn't be able to "just be a dog" due to his injury. Within minutes of his consultation, I knew he was in great hands. Dr. Ridley and Brooklyn take such good care of Percy. His care plan allows him to still do all the things he loves and try new ones- like swimming. I can't thank you all enough for everything. He absolutely loves coming for his sessions!"

"Everyone from the receptions to the techs and vet has been so warm and caring. I have seen a ton of improvement in my dogโs mobility/flexibility since starting treatment with you."

โMax walks better these days. He no longer crisscrosses his hind legs. He will climb some stairs, walk over obstacles with more ease, and appears to be in less discomfort. He has an easier time getting in and out of bed, eating, and doing other daily life activities. I am convinced he also adores spending his Wednesdays with the team at IPC too! He gets lots of snuggles, love, attention, and seems die hard about his acupuncture routine:). We are so grateful for the staff at IPC and their dedicated care for Max.โ

โLola is no longer clenching in pain when I massage her back. Her hips are also much stronger and showing no signs of popping out. She can now do the stairs again too!! She seems like a puppy again even though she just had knee surgery. Cora is doing very well too!! She seems a lot stronger and stable. She still walks a little funky but honestly, I was afraid Cora wasn't going to be able to use her back legs anymore so to see her gain so much strength is amazing! I just want to thank the IPC team for all of their help and love for my girls! I don't know where we would be without you guys! Special thank you to Renee and Katie! My girls love all of you so much!โ

โIf you didn't know Ernie had previously had back pain and don't see his scar, you would never know that there had been anything wrong with him. He has resumed his mobility and previous lifestyle (aside from a few restrictions that will stay in place for life) that he had pre-January. We know that his treatments at IPC have gotten him to where he is today. Between his acupuncture, laser, massage, exercise, and hydrotherapy, he is pain-free, med-free, and continues to build strength in his back end. We will be lifelong patients of IPC and continue to treat Ernie in a preventative capacity moving forward. โ

โI don't know how to thank IPC enough, there was a time when I was scared of Runt's future, she became sedentary after her TPLO and you could tell all she wanted to do was be a dog. Thanks to her amazing team at IPC it feels as though she's a puppy again! There is nothing greater than seeing her smile from ear to ear on the car ride home from a session. Emma, Rika, Renee, Dr. Ridley, and everyone we have ever spoken to have been the sweetest, most compassionate people we have ever met! Thank you for treating us like family!โ

โEveryone Iโve had contact with deserves to be recognized for their work ethic and people (and animal !) skills. Emma deserves extra kudos for going above and beyond in caring for my boys Mongo & Hagrid. Your staff is always super courteous and willing to explain the details of whatโs going on regarding scheduling, billing, and progress.โ

โIt was one of the best appointments ever. During these times, the team is so friendly, understandng and accommodating. Everyone wore their appropriate PPE and greeted us at the door. I received pictures and a follow-up email from Dublin's PT session within a few hours. That was awesome! Thank God I chose IPC for Dublin's PT, this is amazing work that IPC does to help your furry family member have the best life ever!โ

โSour loves his sessions with Renee and the other therapists at IPC! He's always excited when I pick him up and seems very happy. The exercise regimen has helped his mobility and he's generally been a lot more flexible. His mood overall has definitely improved too, which has been wonderful to see. I'm really glad we have IPC as a resource - you guys have really been a help to all of my puppy pals. :)โ

โRehabilitation has been the biggest blessing, we feel so fortunate to be working with IPC. Going in the car to IPC is truly one of Boston's top five favorite things to do. When she first started she was very nervous, but as she's come to IPC we've seen her really open up and trust the people and the process. IPC is able to craft a personalized regimen that meets Boston where she needs to be. And as a working dog breed, it's been so important for Boston to still engage in agility and have mental tasks to accomplish even her body can't do everything that she wants it to do. We have no doubt that IPC has been able to stagnate Boston's physical decline and given us more time with her that we wouldn't have had otherwise. โ

โButternut loves her workouts. At IPC, she takes part in calisthenics, laser therapy, acupressure, hydrotherapy, and more, and always comes back with a smile on her face. She loves spending time with her rehabilitation therapists Emma and Dr. Ridley, and devours her apple chicken treats that they give her to keep her motivated! When she had dislocated her hip, the emergency vet had said she would have to immediately get surgery to be able to walk againโhowever we decided to take help from IPC firstly, and with that she has been doing so well. No surgery in our plans as of now! We are so thankful for the positive and bright team at IPC for the love and care they give to all of their patients. They have kept us so hopeful with Butternutโs recovery, and we canโt imagine her having gotten better help anywhere else!โ

"Everything was great in our assessment visit - the staff was friend, the doctor was SO well prepared, and I felt confident in her assessment of Oliver's issues. I'm so thankful to have IPC's help - I wish I had brought him here sooner!"
