Please review our current drop-off and pick-up protocol before your next appointment:

  • We will send you a link to provide your feedback on your pet prior to their appointment via text message or email the day before you are scheduled to come in.
  • When you arrive for your appointment please call us at (773) 269-2964.
  • We ask that you then pull up to the curb nearest our front door for drop-off and pick-up. Bring your pet out of your vehicle and have them leashed appropriately. Please wear a mask or appropriate face covering at drop-off and pick-up.
  • An IPC team member will come outside to get your pet and take them into the clinic for their appointments.
  • We ask that you stay nearby for the duration of your pet’s appointment.
  • Please be prepared to process any necessary payments over the phone at this time.
  • An IPC team member will then bring your pet back outside of the clinic to you for pick-up.

If you are unsure whether to keep your appointment with us at this time, please consider the following questions:

  • Are any of your family members or acquaintances ill?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your pet’s appointments. We will not penalize any appointment cancellations for the foreseeable future. Please use an abundance of caution when deciding whether to bring your pet to IPC.
